	Environment Agency – www.environment-agency.gov.uk The Environment Agency are an Executive Non-departmental Public Body responsible to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and an Assembly Sponsored Public Body responsible to the National Assembly for Wales. They have offices across England and Wales working on carrying out Government policy, inspecting and regulating businesses and reacting when there is an emergency such as a flood or pollution incident.
